Daiane Medeiros Art accepts all major credit cards. Payments are taken via PayPal, providing a secure gateway for processing transactions. Payments through PayPal can either be made with an existing PayPal account, by registering for PayPal, or by simply entering your card details. Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer. Please note: Any orders placed with this payment method will be put on hold until the funds have cleared successfully.

Colour Representation

The colour in the artworks ( paintings, prints and drawings ) shown on this website may not represent the colours of the actual artwork. This depends on-screen calibration, ambient light and many other factors. As Daiane Medeiros Art uploads all the original artwork herself, she endeavours to try an achieve as an accurate representation as she can.

Postage

Due to the costs and risk of shipping original paintings, these are only available to purchase via contacting us first.

Prints from the online store are currently only posted to addresses in the UK, via a special delivery tracked service. For any other requirements, please        contact us before placing an order.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you must contact us within 7 working days by email to         info@daianemedeirosart.com.  Artwork must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
